17th Annual Miracle Treat Day

We’re here to celebrate the 17th Annual Miracle Treat Day in support of Children’s Miracle Network!

Today, 100% of net proceeds from every Blizzard Treat sold across the country will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network member hospitals. Here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Guelph region, which is a shared market, the local Children’s Miracle Network member hospitals we;re supporting are The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Children’s Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre and McMaster Children’s Hospital.

If you can’t purchase a Blizzard Treat but want to support Miracle Treat Day, you can make a donation at any Dairy Queen that will go directly to your local affialited Children’s Miracle Network member hospital. Since the partnership began in 1984, Dairy Queen has raised more than $39 million in support of sick and injured children across Canada. Sixty-two children enter a Children’s Miracle Network hospital every minute, making partnerships like this so important.

Last year, Children’s Hospital had more than 117,000 patient visits, serving families across Southwestern Ontario and some parts of Northern Ontario (up to as far as Thunder Bay). Treat yourself to a Blizzard Treat at Dairy Queen today (August 8) and show your support for your local children’s hospital.
