Manchester’s Shotty Horroh stopped by CFOX today to hype his rock & roll single “Shudehill.”
Shotty came up in the music scene as a battle rapper in the UK. In 2012 he was involved in one of the most viewed rap battle in UK history! From there he caught attention of Deadmau5 and recorded some music with him including a song called “Legendary” which racked up almost 4 million streams on Spotify.
Shotty is now recording an indie/grime cross over style of rock & roll. The song is “Shudehill” and it is part of an upcoming album. Shotty says Shudehill is an area of Manchester near the bus station. It’s a busy place and the song takes us to a neighbouhood pub. In the track, Shotty is hanging with his mates and riding the highs and lows of cheering on Manchester City.
