Registration begins at 4pm. Volunteers and walkers receive a beautiful blue and white coldest night of the year hat.
Urban Hope serves 150-250 poor and homeless in Cambridge every week. We serve 1,000 meals per month.
We provide clothing, and emergency groceries.
We provide free showers, laundry and haircuts.
Friendship, support and life skills.
I can say I believe as one of the new fundraisers and volunteers for Urban Hope it has to be the best organization I have seen in all of my years of volunteering. Cambridge can be very proud of the couple who started it and run it with the volunteers they have, Christine and George Lakatos. Christine is the Urban Hope Director.
