$200 – Single Golfer

$800 – Foursome Team

$900 – Work Team Foursome + sponsorship sign with company logo on the green

*All golfer tickets include lunch, contests, power cart, raffle, silent auction and buffet dinner .

$50 – Dinner only ticket (for those who do not wish to golf in the tournament, but would like to support JA during the dinner and auction portion)
