The Kitchener Panthers Major Rookie Team will be hosting a fundraiser for Kitchener Minor Baseball (KMBA) for the upgrading and development of Breithaupt Park!
The funds from the bottle drive will be used to revitalize Breithaupt Park. In addition to new lighting, that will allow for night games, additional seating for parents and fans, and to add to the already existing batting cage from 1 to 2 or 3. This upgrade is necessary to accommodate the very high numbers of kids enrolling in baseball. The lights will allow for double header games and free up other diamonds for the amount of teams we now have in KMBA (house league, all the rep level, and elite levels).
This venture by KMBA will lay the groundwork for the next generations to enjoy!
