*** ABOUT NELSON ***
Nelson found his footing on the Country Line Dance floor at the early age of 11. Being the youngest dancer on the floor, he drew people’s attention and his love of dance and performing blossomed.
In August of 2007, Nelson entered into his first WCS competition as a Newcomer and winning first place. He continued to compete in events in Canada and US. By 2008 he had moved through Novice to Intermediate and by 2013, through Intermediate and into Advanced and finally to All-Star by 2014. Nelson is unique as he is an All-Star as both a Lead and Follow.
In 2011, Nelson moved to Toronto and brought his dance style and teaching skills to the Toronto. He is now a sought after instructor in the West Coast Swing community. Nelson is dedicated to growing the WCS community and elevating the dance level wherever he teaches.
